Projects now and in the future

CultivATE Food Projects Philosophy

A DINING EXPERIENCE LIKE NO OTHER

Creating a unique culinary destination within Metro Vancouver that provides a quality food experience with and opportunity to support the training and living wages to people with barriers to employment.

THINK DIFFERENT

Creating a Zero waste food truck means that we ensure we are partnering and dropping off food at local non profits like the Better Life Foundation, Salvation Army, local food and Soup kitchens.

A WINNING COMBINATION

- CultivATE food truck will combine locally sources produce with
- Chef supervised training , support and mentorship
- To ElevATE society by giving back all its profits to Charity

SENSORY OVERLOAD

The CultivATE Food Truck will teach the public-locals and tourists, about the program, through signage & collaborative marketing campaigns. All while dining on carefully-curated food programs designed by a few of Vancouver’s top chefs.

A CAPTIVE AUDIENCE

Located where people gather, the truck is ideally situated at hospitals, events and spaces where people gather with the expectation of being served a culinary experience that gives back to the community they are in.

FOOD WITH CONSCIENCE

In keeping with all of ElevATE's projects, the truck will source local, sustainable and healthy food with an emphasis on reducing waste.

DIGNITY THROUGH FOOD

Employees will receive training in different facets of the food business, and a true living-wage. The project aims to be financially self-sustaining, with profits going to local charities.

The Cultivate Food Truck  www.cultivatefoodtruck.com

A Food Truck with a Cause: Supporting ElevATE through an original, curated & rotating menu, offering the public a unique food experience, while educating them through the Truck's branding, signage and community collaborations.

Targeting high-volume, yet underserved areas. This food truck would circulate between local Hospitals and Healthcare facilities.

ElevATE's mantra of locally sourced, sustainable and healthy food with an emphasis on reducing waste, will be exemplified within the Truck.

Employees will receive training and a true living-wage. The project will be financially self-sustaining and all profits will go to local charities.

Food truck's have a lower barrier to entry into the culinary market due to lower upfront infrastructure costs, lease payments, etc. Further, they are in high demand in the lower mainland.

The ElevATE Society is open to looking at Future Projects in 2023

Collaborating with local charities and community non-profits will encourage growth

Developing a stronger socio economic future for those who have not been able to realize it

As with all of ElevATE's projects,  and all profits will go to local charities
